FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed with the exception of weekends and holidays.

If your box is missing contents and appears to have been opened or has been damaged during transit you would need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Theft : Once the tracking number shows it has been delivered it would be up to the customer to file a claim with the shipper and/or law enforcement.

Bicycle Serial Number:

Your new Wizard Bicycle will come with a unique serial number stamped on the frame (neck tube).

Please record that number for your records. In case of theft, law enforcement can use your serial number to file a police report or identify your bike if it is recovered.

Limited Time Warranty:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for up to 90 days from the original date of purchase.

What is Not Covered:

Excludes any damage caused by the purchaser modifying, or otherwise altering the product.

Damage caused by improper use of the product or lack of maintenance will not be covered under the warranty Wizard Bicycle has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as manufacturer’s defects.

Any warranty would only apply to the original purchaser.

Returns:

Any bicycle that has been unboxed and assembled by the owner or any other person will not be accepted for a return.

If you want to make a return on an unopened and unassembled bike you will be responsible for the return shipping.

It would need to be returned in the original packaging and would be subject to inspection upon return.

It must be suitable for resale.

You must make the return within 30 days from the original purchase date .
